Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Audition Technique Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 88 690 182 542), 1 Lennon St, West Melbourne VIC 3003, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). This policy applies to purchases made through theauditiontechnique.com and The Audition Technique community on Circle. All prices are in USD.
1. Overview
This policy explains when refunds are and are not available. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to it, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Our products are digital, and course and membership access is granted immediately. For that reason, all sales are final, except: (a) the limited mentorship cancellation window in Section 4; (b) your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded (Section 6); and (c) any non-excludable rights under the law of your own country (Section 7).
2. Courses
Courses are one-time purchases granting lifetime access to the course material, delivered immediately.
Courses are non-refundable, including for change of mind (for example, if you decide you no longer want the course, find it isn't what you expected, change your circumstances, or do not use it).
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Section 6).
3. Membership
Membership is billed on a recurring basis and renews automatically until cancelled.
Membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it does not renew. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time or for periods you did not use.
It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next period.
4. Mentorship (Audition Advantage Sessions)
A standalone mentorship session can be refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, no-shows, and sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.
You may instead reschedule, subject to availability, if you give at least 48 hours' notice.
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Section 6).
5. Bundles
Where mentorship is purchased together with a course, or as part of any bundle or package, the bundle is non-refundable in full — the 48-hour mentorship cancellation window in Section 4 does not apply to sessions bought as part of a bundle.

6. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our courses, memberships and sessions come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, services must be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for any purpose you told us about, and digital products must match their description and be of acceptable quality.
For a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, plus compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
For a minor problem that can be fixed, we may choose to repair, replace or otherwise remedy it within a reasonable time.
To make a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, contact us (Section 8) with your order details and a description of the problem.
7. Customers outside Australia
We sell worldwide, and some countries grant additional rights:
EU / UK: consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off (right of withdrawal) for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply where you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the cooling-off right — which you confirm at checkout.
Other countries: you may have additional non-excludable rights under your local consumer law.
8. How to request a refund or raise an issue
Email support@theauditiontechnique.com with: the name and email used at purchase, the product and approximate date, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The current version is always available on this page.
